Monthly Rentals in Peccioli

I was a guest of the property in April. I felt very good, from the welcome of Michelangelo and the owner Monica to the beautiful structure called "red house". A beautiful apartment overlooking a beautiful valley, very nice and clean. With all the necessary comforts, a fully stocked kitchen and a nice, tidy and clean bathroom. Very central location on the village of Peccioli, one step away from all the attractions of the country. Special mention for the muffins personally cooked by Mrs. Monica, wonderful surprise upon arrival, as well as very good. Highly recommended apartment.

Peccioli is the perfect central location to stay in Tuscany and this well-appointed apartment is perfectly located right in the heart of the old town. We opted for the paid parking, just 15€ for 7 days. So close and always spaces available. Do yourself a favour and pop into the patisserie right next door each morning for the most incredible fresh-baked goodies.

As stated in previous reviews, ideally located in the heart of Tuscany to crisscross each day to a different place. Parking in front of the house, there is not always space, there is another parking 200 meters away. I came 8 days at the end of December. When I arrived, it was 8 degrees in the apartment. The apartment should have been at a good temperature for my arrival. So first very cool evening... A welcome document and information on the functioning of the house, the management of the garbage cans, the surrounding sites... would be appreciated. No contact with the owner. Lockbox and no welcome or intermediate message during the stay. The apartment is large, functional and has lots of charm. Excellent bedding. Quiet and very nice view of the Appennins.

Elena has many activities to recommend in the area to make the stay more enjoyable. She was so helpful with recommendations for dinner.
