A 75 m2 house distributed over three levels and featuring a separate kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. It is an old building that has been completely renovated and equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, small appliances, dishes, bed linens, and towels. It has a closed patio with access from the kitchen to relax or eat outside and a balcony overlooking the street.

We are located in the vicinity of Covadonga and Picos de Europa National Park (15 minutes by car). And 30 minutes from the Cantabrian Sea where you can enjoy the beautiful beaches and picturesque coastal villages.

It is located on a private estate and has its own completely independent and closed private garden and parking. The view of the Picos de Europa is spectacular. It is located in a small village with hardly any inhabitants and where the road ends so tranquility is assured.

Tucked on a wild fertile mountain a 400 year old barn was renovated by artists with natural materials. It is crooked, it is colourful, it is wild and will throw you in an another universe for the time of your stay. You have to be nimble on your feet as the tiny access path is crooked and on a slope, and even the floor in the house tilted. A full immersion in a new world for total disconnection.

Our rural accommodation is located in the upper part of Arenas de Cabrales, in the heart of the Picos de Europa and with the best views. Quiet and close. It has a separate entrance and a fantastic terrace where you can enjoy a sunset. The house is very bright and fully equipped. Maximum cleanliness is also guaranteed throughout the accommodation.
