Holiday rentals with beach access in Pedernales

The place is small, ideal for a family of 4! The development is very good, the pool of the development is large and the beach is fine although it has many rocks.

That location was not accurate, so it was difficult to find the actual address. The furnishings were very poor quality and fell apart easily, especially the outdoor folding pool chairs, which were essentially for children and not adults. We were charged extra money for cheap quality furnishings that fell apart. They need to make sure that their shower system is in better working order Other than those three issues the location was safe, peaceful and friendly and totally fulfilled our expectations. We would recommend it and Nancy two others for a lovely family vacation.

Santiago is a super host, the apartment , nice and comfortable. but the beach is very dirty

It is a very nice apartment, however there was no internet we recommend changing the internet provider since it was not the fault of the host but of the company that provides the service.

The apartment is as nice as it appears in the photos. Johanna is very empathetic and attentive to every detail.

Thanks to Elizabeth for always being aware of our stay, the place very safe, the clean pool, the access to the safe beach, we took the opportunity to walk to Punta Blanca a place close when the low tide, we attended to have some cocktails at the resort,the apartment as described in the photos, clean and with those necessary for our stay, we even cook blue crabs. would go back!!

The only drawback was that throughout the stay the place's WiFi didn't work, and since there was no good signal from the local operators, communication was a bit uncomfortable. Everything else was really nice, an excellent place, a very modern pool, warm water, new facilities, total security and close to Cojimies. Excellent host.

It's a very nice place, the photos don't do the place justice, it's very close to the sea, all the rooms were comfortable and spacious, the patio was what we liked the most, we were able to try the seasonal mangoes, obos and oranges. The hosts are very friendly, Darío was very kind helping us find seafood and Tobi is gentle and playful. Thanks to everyone, we had a very pleasant stay with my family.
