At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. We are 36 km from the city of Itamonte. Come rest and relax in the midst of nature and the mountains of Mantiqueira. And we are 17 km from the Itatiaia National Park, high part, Agulhas Negras. And close to several beautiful waterfalls of the Aiuruoca River.

The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor.
