Comfortable chalet in Serra da Mantiqueira, municipality of Gonçalves, south of MG. The property has 92.5 m2, with 30 m2 of balcony with a hammock overlooking Pedra do Baú, Pedra do Cruzeiro and Serra da Balança. With an en-suite, bedroom, living room, social bathroom and kitchen equipped with appliances and utensils. Available equipment: stove, refrigerator, fireplace, gas-heated showers, a double bed and two single beds with two beds.

The house accommodates 4 guests in two bedrooms, but we have an extra bedroom that can be made available for 1 or 2 more guests, if necessary. Security cameras at the entrance. If you need a garage , very close by is FREE parking from 8am to 6am.
