Good location of the house, everything can be reached quickly by car. The house is very nicely furnished and contains everything you need. The garden is very nice and good for relaxing with the hot tub. The communication with Shirley was always positive. Shirley is very welcoming.

The place is quite compact, but it has everything you need. Is well suited for a short trip and for relaxation.

we had a wonderful week. The accommodation was great, cozy and equipped with every comfort. The wellness was really a luxury, perfect for completely relaxing. The beautiful large kitchen invited us to cook extensively ourselves, which we also did with great pleasure. And what a nice big garden. Lovely to sit in and enjoy the tranquility and nature. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, ideal to escape the hustle and bustle. Hugo and Layla were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. In one word, everything was great. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic place, very peaceful and quiet. I loved the surrounding, a combination of rural environment with hints of wild nature to it. Riet and her partner have created themselves a small piece of quiet, with the possibility to walk around their small pond, and they even created a small beach with an entrance to the pond.

We decided to take a short break at Bas. It was beautiful and there was a lot to see. We enjoyed the time there very much and Bas's mom welcomed us very warmly and was directly on hand for all questions. There are many animals there and the opportunity to relax superbly. Thanks to Bas's tips and also from mom, we had visited great activities in the area. Around a perfect holiday with everything that goes with it and super friendly hosts !! Definitely recommended !

A delightful and secluded place to stay. The accommodation was perfect for two families to get together, warm, clean and spacious. Kitchen equipment was rather minimalist but we didn't spend much time cooking. Beautiful surroundings and excellent cycle hire available and a good and friendly restaurant on site. Would definitely make a return visit.

Had a super nice stay! We were away with a group of friends for a weekend, for which this house served perfectly. The cozy fireplace in the middle of the living room was very cozy. Quiet area so there was plenty of privacy. The house was neat and had enough stuff. We would definitely come back!

This beautiful cozy house has really all the comforts. The Easter decoration made it all the way. It is also wonderful to stay in the idyllic garden. You can use the various seats and around the house you have plenty of privacy. Ans and Sander are very sweet, hospitable people who are open to a chat. Kelpen-Oler is an excellent starting point for visiting the wine estates nearby (tip: Aldeneyck has a lovely terrace in addition to tasty wines). You can also take beautiful walks/bike rides in the area. Hidden gem for a well-deserved break: Tea garden the Tungelroyse stream. We greatly enjoyed it!

we spent a wonderful weekend with our children and grandchildren. Ledereen had a great time with the games in the separate room, the trampoline and the football field. There was nothing missing to host a large company and provide food. Very complete furnishings
