Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

This is an independent accommodation with double bed and sofa bed for 1 person (width 90 cm), dining area, kitchenette and bathroom located in the Gers and in the countryside. You will be in absolute calm in a property of several hectares with centuries-old oaks, chickens and 2 ponies, a permaculture vegetable garden and a view of the Pyrenees. You will enjoy a private terrace and the pool house of the swimming pool (open from June to mid-September) - shared with another cottage - to relax.

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Nestled between the Aure and Louron valleys, this secluded barn offers you peace and quiet while being close to Loudenvielle and Saint-Lary. Access will be on foot, on a path of about 300 meters. Solar panels supply the barn with electricity, an opportunity to change your habits. The barn is heated only by a wood-burning stove. A Nordic bath will allow you to relax and enjoy the nature around you.
