Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. This beautiful holiday home with swimming pool is located in Blace, a quiet place near the Neretva delta. It is located above other houses which gives you privacy. the house consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with dining room and living room in one. The most beautiful part is certainly the covered terrace with a barbecue and a beautiful panoramic view of the sea.There are numerous recreational opportunities for an active holiday nearby. Really close to Dubrovnik, Island Hvar and Mostar.

House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.
