Cozy, newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment, with its own entry in a 130 year old historic home. The space where this apartment is located was originally a woodworking shop for the owner of the home. It’s been converted to living space for several years now. Located in a central Northside location close to walking trails, walking bridge Security cameras are located on all exterior doors of our property Parking for one vehicle only We have a cafe serving coffee, tea, espresso, sandwiches and baked goods located at the front of the building.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.
