our stay at the treehouse was amazing. it was very peaceful and relaxing. Very much enjoyed the canoe and beautiful view.

This place was wonderful. Located a little on the outskirts, it was so peaceful & the surroundings were beautiful. The house was very nice with a good bed, a good recliner, and nice TV. If I go back to Joplin again, I would stay here!

This is our third time staying at Kim's cottage. We always feel at home. It's at the end of a dead end. A sheriff lives across the street so we felt safe. We were thankful for the carport as we had strong gusty winds, heavy rain and hail over the weekend. Easy clear instructions are printed out in a couple places. Couch and bed are comfy.

A.J is the definition of Super Host. I had the pleasure of meeting him in person. Great People. Would recommend his place for your stay in Joplin. Very quiet and peaceful area. A home away from home. Simply a great experience.
