Fenced yard, garden furniture. Ideal location 20 minutes from the A11 and A28. Pets not allowed. Events not allowed.

Une petite maison au coeur du Parc

Notre maison est située en pleine campagne, au calme, près de Nocé et à 1h45 de Paris. Venez vous ressourcer ! Nous sommes à 1h45 des plages normandes et 1h30 des châteaux de la Loire. C'est notre résidence secondaire (pas une maison louée à l'année). Elle contient donc une partie de nos souvenirs, mais sommes heureux de la partager ! Vous croiserez deux petites chattes recueillies en août 2021. Très douces avec les enfants, autonomes grâce à la chatière. Allergiques aux chats, s'abstenir 😉

In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

Lovers of history and old stones, you can see many mansions in the region. We are close to the forests of Bellême, Réno Valdieu, as well as the greenway, ideal for quiet bike rides. Many local producers: Cider mill, cheese maker, organic vegetables & others.
