Our house is located in the countryside, quiet, near Nocé and 1h45 from Paris. Come and relax! We are 1 hour 45 minutes from the Normandy beaches and 1 hour 30 minutes from the Loire Valley châteaux. This is our second home (not a house rented year-round). It therefore contains some of our memories, but we are happy to share it! You will come across two little cats that were taken in in August 2021. Very sweet with the children, autonomous thanks to the flap. Allergic to cats, abstain 😉

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

The house is open to a garden where you can relax, enjoy the calm of the percheron countryside and admire our vegetable garden. We look forward to welcoming you to our haven!

In addition to the 3 en-suite bedrooms, there's a solo room for a seventh traveler.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Marie's house: 6-person gîte in the heart of Perche

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage fully rehabilitated in 2019 in respect of the Percheron building (old tiles, lime coating, exposed beams...). With all the comforts you need and fiber, it's the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is available according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be on the agenda.

In a small quiet hamlet on the heights of Rémalard (all shops) and along a hiking circuit, this cottage in all inclusive formula is ideal to go green! Longère percheronne on one level: living room with equipped kitchen, living room with 1 step (stove - wood provided, sofa bed 2 pers. (sheets not provided), TV, work desk), bedroom (bed for 2 people 160 x 200 cm - sheets provided) on the garden level, bathroom (walk-in shower and corner bathtub), wc.

Located 10 minutes from Mortagne au Perche and Bellême, two towns classified small city of character. The Notre Dame de Montligeon Basilica is 10 minutes away from the studio. Lovers of history and old stones, you will be able to see many mansions within the region. We are close to the forests of Belleme, Réno Valdieu, as well as the greenway, ideal for quiet bike rides. Many local producers: Cidrerie, cheese maker, organic vegetable & others..
