The chalet is made of rustic reforestation wood with a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave and basic utensils, bathroom, bedroom with air conditioning and cable TV, Wi-Fi. The chalet is 3 km from the ferry, all flat and paved. The nearest beach is Perequê, where the commercial center, bank, pharmacy, market are located.

The nearest beaches are about 3 km away: on one side, Ilha das Cabras and, on the other, Perequê beach.

O espaço físico em oferta pode ser classificado como tendo características de um apartamento do tipo quitinete, dois cômodos (quarto-sala-cozinha, e um banheiro). Existe um balcão, no cômodo maior, que delimita o espaço da cozinha. Nesse cômodo existem ainda uma cama de casal e uma beliche (a cama de casal pode ser permutada por outra beliche), uma mesa com duas cadeiras, um sofá, uma TV, um ar-condicionado e dois armários (embutidos na parede).
