Monthly Rentals in Perkins Pond

My husband, daughter and I had a lovely winter weekend at Sunset Lodge. The cabin’s proximity to Mount Sunapee was perfect for a day of skiing. Relaxing in the cozy cabin and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake was also time well spent. The homeowners clearly put a lot of thought into the decoration and care of Sunset Lodge which we appreciated. Suzanne is a great host, reaching out with details for a smooth arrival and check in experience. We can only imagine how wonderful it would be to stay here in the fall or summer and would love to return.

What a wonderful, peaceful place to getaway. From the moment I walked in I know I had picked the right place to enjoy a break from everyday life. Everything was as described and all amenities were perfect.

Another incredible winter stay at Linds and Doug’s beautiful home in the woods! Our family has fallen so in love with their cabin and look forward to returning every year. Thank you for being the best Linda and Doug!

Frankie's bio on AirBnB says that "hospitality runs in [her] veins" -- and this could not be more true! I've never stayed in a more pristine and immaculate home, never mind one that was so somehow cozy and luxurious at the same time. I'm *very* picky in terms of cleanliness and the Lighthouse Inn beyond exceeded my wildest dreams. Franke also could not have been kinder or more helpful or welcoming. From the proactive, super easy communication ahead of time with clear instructions on finding the place and how to get in, to offering to give us a lovely tour of the beautiful working farm & meet the animals despite it being a rainy day, and through the little touches like dog treats and human cookies and fresh eggs (for humans and dogs!) -- I haven't felt this welcomed or taken care of ever before in an AirBnB -- or even a hotel. I cannot recommend her place more highly -- what a beautiful weekend in the woods. Also the bed is more comfortable than my own :)! Thank you for everything!
