Need to recharge? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our recently refurbished 25 m² studio, all comforts on a wooded property with pond, waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 minutes from Lake Bariousses, 15 minutes from Treignac and 30 minutes from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on-site tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).

Combe Prunde presents itself as an idyllic, isolated and quiet place for all people who like to spend their time in unspoiled nature and who appreciate being alone with nature to observe it or to rest thoroughly. Located near the large pond, the cottage offers, with its three bedrooms, enough space for up to 6 people. During the high season (mid-June to mid-September), we only rent the cottage by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.

The gîte combines authenticity (stone house, glass insert, intimate terrace) and modern comfort (Wi-Fi, Smart TV, washing machine and dryer). It is the perfect refuge for a relaxing stop on the road or an extended stay in the heart of nature.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

Our charming little independent house of 28m2 is located in a remote location 4km away from Peyrelevade in the fresh air of the Plateau De Millevaches. You can practice hiking and mountain biking, go fishing.... You are in the heart of calm, serenity, tranquility and clean air, ideal for resting. The gite is ideal for 2 people. If cycling, you have the use of a closed garage adjacent.
