On the ground floor there is a nice kitchen with a dining table and two armchairs, a bathroom and a single bedroom. Upstairs there is the double bedroom, a single room and a nice bathroom with shower. The stairs and floors on the first floor are made of wood, as is the furniture. The house is surrounded by a private garden and has a canopy where you can eat.

Si compone di soggiorno con angolo cottura e caminetto, camera matrimoniale, bagno finestrato, vano scala da utilizzare come ripostiglio. Il soggiorno dispone di un grande divano che può essere adibito a due posti letto singoli. All'esterno, un piccolo angolo verde. Non sono ammessi animali ed è vietato fumare. Parcheggio nelle vicinanze.

Il monolocale Primula è un’ottima soluzione per viaggiatori singoli o coppie che vogliano passare del tempo nella natura avendo anche i servizi di un piccolo centro. Dispone di un letto matrimoniale, un divano (convertibile in letto su richiesta) una cucina attrezzata, bagno con doccia e una zona living con caminetto e climatizzatore. Un piacevole panorama è visibile dal balcone. Il Wi-Fi ad alta velocità lo rende ideale per lo smartworking. Area giochi nel giardino di fronte all'appartamento.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.
