Beautiful apartment breezy and silent, immersed in nature and bush only 10 minutes away from the city center by car. Is located at ground floor of a one-family villa, with independent entrance and view on a big garden with vegetable garden. Is composed by a double room with a double bed, a bathroom, the kitchen and a big living room with two other optional beds. The villa is located in a residential hill just outside the center of Perugia, where there are a lot of other villas and country houses. 5 minute away there are supermarkets, bars, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. 10 minutes away there is the Natural Park of Monte Tezio, ideal place where to practice trekking in the nature. My place in Porta Sole is in the highest Perugia historic center area, close to public transports, a few steps from Piazza Dante, Piazza Italia, Piazza IV Novembre and Corso Vannucci. You will like my accommodation because the area is super quiet, the atmosphere is unique, and outdoor spaces with Umbrian cultures' will leave you breathless. My accommodation is suitable for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and also for our small & polite hairy friends (pets).

L'appartamento è un bilocale di pregio in uno stabile recentemente ristrutturato, luminoso e panoramico, a 5 minuti a piedi da Corso Vannucci, in pieno centro storico, dentro le mura medievali della città. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa soprattutto di notte non essendoci nelle immediate vicinanze locali notturni. Tutti i monumenti di più grande importanza sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti (Arco Etrusco, Duomo, Palazzo dei Priori, Basilica di San Pietro...).
