La Canocchia - House on the harbor

La Canocchia is a fishermen's cottage overlooking the harbour. Renovated with respect for its history, but equipped with all comforts, including a washer-dryer, induction hob, hot/cold heat pumps, and dishwasher. Close to the equipped beach, downtown and all essential amenities. Ideal for two guests, it can accommodate a third adult on the bed/sofa on the ground floor. The bathroom and double bedroom are on the first floor. (Tourist tax 2 euros/person/day to be paid on site).

Close to the equipped and free beaches of the seafront and Baia Flaminia, the station, the centre and the San Bartolo nature park. Located on two floors, it can accommodate up to four people, with two single beds or a double of choice and sofa bed. In front of the house and in all the surrounding streets there are free public parking spaces.
