The suite is in the back of the main house and overlooks the common garden. It is 50 m from the beach, 5 minutes from the Rimini fair and 4 minutes from the center. It has a private entrance, 1 double bedroom, 1 living room with French sofa bed, a table, TV with Sky, kettle, milk boiler, capsule coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator and freezer. There is no kitchen!! We have a dog, Frida, who is good and affectionate, so the suite is only suitable for those who love dogs as the outdoor space is shared.

The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

Independent holiday home located in the middle of the green San Bartolo National Park and looking at the blue of the Adriatic sea, the house is a welcoming and comfortable home of 100 square meters, perfect for people who love being in nature and relaxing looking at a spectacular view that goes from the Appennini to the sea. The house, an old fishermen’s house which have been recently refurbished, is close to the village of Casteldimezzo and the characteristic village of Fiorenzuola di Focara.

In questa casa mio padre e la nostra famiglia hanno vissuto tanti fantastici momenti, cene con amici e serate in allegria a brindare di fronte a fantastici tramonti. L'ospitalità e la condivisione di momenti felici sono la nostra passione e per questo abbiamo pensato di ristrutturare questa meravigliosa casetta per far vivere indimenticabili momenti. E' una casa confortevole dove si respira tranquillità. Il nostro patio con vista mare è ottimo per colazioni, pranzi o aperitivi al tramonto.

The B&B Gulliver is a brand new apartment, opened in May 2023 and renovated in a modern style. The location is central, in fact it is 3 minutes walk from the sea, 7 minutes on foot from the historic center and 15 minutes on foot from the station. The space is very bright and cozy and the environment has everything you need to enjoy your stay to the fullest. The area consists of residential villas with lots of greenery around. Spacious and cozy apartment of 100 mq on the ground floor in a bifamiliar house, with independent entrance and fully furnished. Close to the beach and the city center, both 200 metres away and less than 5 minutes by walking. The flat is perfect for who want to spend a vacation by the sea in total relax with the family (the house is located on a secondary road very silent and calm).
