Typical fishermen's house, independent and directly overlooking the port of Pesaro, one of the most characteristic areas of the city. Close to the equipped and free beaches of both the promenade and Baia Flaminia, the station, the center and the San Bartolo natural park. Arranged on two floors, it can accommodate up to four people, with two single beds or a double bed of your choice and a sofa bed. In front of the house and in all the surrounding streets there are free public parking lots.

The house is in the heart of the historic center, a stone's throw from the sea. The windows overlook the rooftops of Pesaro and the terrace is a small gem where you can spend summer evenings with family and friends.
