The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house

It was renovated in 2014 with care and taste, with wooden windows and fully equipped. Features a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a dining area, sleeping areas and a bathroom.

It is a fully renovated traditional Greek cottage with an outdoor terrace at the front door in a cozy street. On the ground floor is the separate toilet room with washing machine, the bedroom and the spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. On the upper floor is the fully equipped kitchen, the lounge area with sofa bed and a roof terrace.

The house is located in the traditional village of Ampelos (23 km from Vathi, 14 km from Karlovasi) of Mount Karvounis. It is just a 3-minute walk from the village square and the nearest beach is 5 km away. It can accommodate 1-5 people as it has a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. It has accessibility from asphalt road and parking at the boundaries of the plot. Pets are allowed and it is ideal for excursions in nature.
