Great place, spacious and safe, it has everything one needs! Good location to get to know the Isla de Flores and its surroundings, very easy and quick to get to, close to supermarket and pharmacy, Byron is very friendly and quick to respond, he also supports with local tourist suggestions! I recommend it!

Amazing location walkable everywhere

A beautiful secluded paradise next to the lake. The sounds of nature is all you hear. Absolutely wonderful stay for us. Plenty of beds, host is very attentive and kind. The home was spotless clean, with a welcome bottle of Rose - a nice touch. Sitting outside in the morning with a coffee with music playing, looking at the lake and taking in that you are in jungle... its great. Very difficult to find. Address was incorrect on the map, and with spotty to no cell service (I have a major US carrier and it was struggling)... this made check in a bit freaky. But it is the jungle and you gotta be up for the adventure...as the listing says! Not to worry though - this was the only issue, and the host met us quickly and guided us to where we need to be. Once there - it was simply fantastic. The jetskis are awesome!! You will love this place. I booked it due to it being a much higher rated place, and I can confirm that the ratings are deserved. Will definitely stay again.

Orvin is a great host, he's super nice and you'll feel very comfortable at his place. The beds are lovely. Take advantage of the pool because it is also a great place to spend the morning or afternoon... I recommend that you rent a car and go visit all the beautiful places around.

Alberto's place was located in a quiet side street (no car access but 3 different roads nearby are less than 1 minute walk to house). Check in was easy via touch pad . Downstairs area is spacious/comfortable. Main bedroom was large, beds comfortable and bathrooms were nice (water in showers could be hotter). Flores gets hot so the a/c in the bedrooms was a big plus and worked well. There is no a/c downstairs, but there is a ceiling fan and portable fan. Please note amenities listed are accurate, therefore, I am giving Alberto's place 5 stars - however, additional amenities would make this place a bit better - hair dryer, iron, couple of chairs on the upstairs balcony. Communication was good. Alberto provided a few dining recommendations which were helpful - especially La Casa de Enrico. A convenience store close by: take street that goes downhill, make right on Calle Union, store is on left. Main square is close by with lots of activity in the evening. I would stay again.

amazing place in the middle of nature! we had a very rejuvinating stay in the yellow cabin, surrounded by animals and birds. the restaurant on the property is also incredible, we were very pleased to eat every single meal there. :) we also enjoyed a very special christmas menu on christmas eve. Alice was very helpful and sweet, wonderful place, 100% recommend! note: if coming by car the road up is a bit steep but we made it in our mini suv.

The location is very convenient for various activities, the restaurants are all located very close The decor on the airbnb was beautiful, the ideal space to be with your family Super recommended, hopefully we'll be back soon

Good stay. Sarita responds quickly and the place is clean. There are not many restaurants in the area, but you can eat there. It is close to the bus station. There is a very affectionate kitten who stayed with us all day ☺️

We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was very friendly, attentive, and responded quickly and thoroughly to our questions or needs. My sons even got to play tennis at the tennis court across the street with the rackets and tennis balls the host provided. It was their first time to play the sport! Thank you for that wonderful experience!

Everything was great! Gaby was a great host

The accommodation was perfect and a 5-minute walk to the airport. It's perfect if you have a very early flight in the morning because you just have to cross the road. It was really secure, there are guards near the residence. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and a cleaning lady comes every day. You can wash your clothes for 60 quetzals per machine with 15 quetzals of laundry. If you want to go to Flores Island, it takes 40 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by tuk tuk (about 20 quetzal for two people) I recommend it!

This was a great place for our one night stop in Flores, plenty of parking,great value and a short walk onto the island. Jonathan communicated well and met us at the Airbnb.
