Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A new custom-built cottage with Air Conditioning, Oak furniture, a new Oak bed and kitchen, and a great bathroom. We finished building in June 2022, so be one of the first to enjoy it. It is an EPC A-rated eco-build. In a secluded orchard accessible by a country lane with minimal passing traffic, a tranquil, peaceful location. New hot tub Jan 2023, Sauna and steam room installed July 2023 We are pet friendly, but land is hedged not fenced.

Old Tinny - a luxurious and romantic retreat

“Old Tinny” is one to two cosy Cider Huts located in a conservation area just 5 miles from Stamford. Each hut is at either end of an orchard with wild meadow flowers. The hut is warm throughout the year. There is an endless supply of logs for the wood burner, a cast iron radiator, piping hot water and an outdoor gas firepit. Premium quality towels & linen make you feel pampered throughout your stay. A mini Smeg fridge, Dualit appliances, a microwave and Netflix mean there’s no need to go out.

The property isn’t suitable for the infirm, children under 12 years old, or pets. An idyllic countryside setting overlooking horses, deer & the occasional barn owl. Recently built 3 bedroom house with large, modern open plan kitchen/dining/living room. Elegant main bathroom & one en-suite walk-in shower room, plus a ground floor WC. 8ft American pool table & 65” TV with all major sports channels. Free EV charger and lots of gated off-road parking. Closest neighbour is 50 meters away.

Self contained flat in idyllic country setting.

My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

The Stable

Lovely, converted stable block in a very quiet village near to Grantham and just 25 mins from Stamford. Local pub doing good food. The Stable is a completely self-contained annexe accommodation , with fully fitted kitchen, 4 poster bed and small lounge area. Own front door and off road parking outside. The Stable is for 2 people but there is a small sofa bed in the lounge. Note that small surcharge is payable, if sofa bed is required for a 2 person booking (for example for a child)

An awarded Airbnb Superhost and with Trip Advisor Cert of Excellence, No 11 is possibly the only 170 year old labourer’s cottage with an outdoor sauna! Located in the quintessential village of Great Gransden, the cottage provides a luxurious base with which to explore Cambridgeshire and the East of England. At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodge provides a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of four people. The vaulted living area includes a large dining table, two comfy sofas surrounding the wood burner and a large flat screen Smart TV. We currently have four lodges available on the site (sleeping 16 in total).
