Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pettinengo

Great stay in a very well located place including for the Bear Fair and all visits to chateaux and forts. We will come back for other occasions and we thank Renato a big thank you to Renato to take great care for us!

Grazie Marco for an exceptional stay in Orta San Giulio! This was one of the best experiences (from Airbnb or even hotels) we’ve had. Marco was incredibly responsive and communicative, and very kind. He picked us up from Malpensa airport, and even drove us to Milano after our stay. We were travelling with our toddler and Marco very kindly coordinated with the child car seat rental provider to have the seat ready for us. The apartment is in a quiet area that is super close to the piazza. Upon arrival, Marco provided water, local beers, and local biscuits that were delicious. The apartment was incredibly clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need, and the coffee was great! Details like the lovely bath products and slippers, really made our stay stand out, as well as Marco’s hospitality. We would absolutely recommend Marco’s place for your stay in Orta. We would love to come back and stay in Marco’s other property! Grazie mille!

Cristina was very welcoming, available and friendly. I recommend it without a problem! The accommodation is clean and spacious, with all the necessary equipment, in a very cute area of the city.

The apartment is spacious, perfectly clean and you have everything you need and from the terrace you have a fantastic view of the lake and the three islands. The hosts are very nice, courteous and helpful. We would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Pieranna's flat. It is very well accommodated, very comfortable, calm and the neighbours were very friendly. We did most visits by foot and sometimes with the boat. Thank you for this pleasant stay.

Very nice and clean apartment in a small village 10 minutes from Stresa. You have to be aware that the church bells ring at 7 a.m. in the morning, but that didn't bother us. Nice local restaurant 100 m away. And we were always able to park in the village square, 100 m away too. We also enjoyed the garden. Giulia is very responsive when asked a question. Recommended for anyone who wants to visit the Lake Maggiore region with their car while being quieter than in town. And without parking worries.

The apartment is great, very clean and pleasantly quiet. The proximity to Arona is ideal, both for excursions and for recreation. I can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

We were received very kindly by Paola. The apartment is incredibly well equipped and also very nice. But the best part is this huge covered patio. On the first day it rained in streams from morning to night. We sat outside all day, which was so cozy. The area is incredibly green and was perfect for us as dog owners to walk. There is a very nice waterfall nearby and two houses further an excellent restaurant. There you will primarily meet the locals. We love something like this. I thought the prices were printing errors. The pizzas all cost between 7 and 8 euros, so almost nothing. Those who want to travel here with dogs or children are in good hands. In front of the house is directly the small park, with basketball court, football field, and playground. It is actively used by the children, but not disturbing at all. Everyone is super friendly and very animal-loving. We will be happy to come back.😄

I was so grateful that the host was so kind and responsive. And the facilities were clean and the atmosphere was comfortable, so I had a really good stay like my own home! I would definitely come back the next time I'm in the area, thank you:)

Spectacular apartment with a terrace overlooking the lake where you can spend magical moments

We enjoyed our stay at Judith's place immensely. The apartment was true to the photos, very clean and adorned with beautiful artwork. Judith was an exceptional host, very responsive and strong proposal about nearby restaurants and pastries. She also booked the restaurant for us. I can only recommend this address, especially since on this side of the lake we enjoy the setting sun 🤩

Wonderful and unique Place directly on the lake! Very quite and Perfect Place to relax and enjoy the area and landscape! Davide and his mother Marina are super friendly and we felt very welcome and we Hope to come again soon!

Tastefully decorated, clean apartment with great garden on the terrace. Very friendly, easy to reach, flexible landlady. Walking distance to the lake, the line boat stop, supermarket, pedestrian zone, restaurants and Villa Taranto botanical garden.

The condo is located about ten minutes drive up the mountain from Stresa. For us (family of four; kids ages: 9 and 13), this was the perfect distance. It is more peaceful in Levo and cooler because of the added elevation. The space itself was very practical, comfortable and convenient. The view from the balcony is absolutely spectacular. Michela is a terrific host! She was very easy to communicate with (we speak English) and really helpful and accomodating. She also gave really good restaurant recommendations.

What a superb spacious apartment, fitted to a very good standard , the welcome drinks and bread were most appreciated The view from the terrace was amazing and the location was perfect, 5 to 10 minute walk to the supermarket,restaurant,shops and the ferry crossings. Verbania itself was lovely, quieter than Stessa but still had a good vibe. Isola Bella and Superiore were our favourite islands with restaurants bars and shops, whereas on Isola Madri you had to pay for the entrance to the palace and gardens and there was nothing else to do if you didn’t. The Saturday market which you could see from the apartment, was worth going to. Fiorella was an outstanding host and looked after all our needs. Would love to visit again.

Barbara was a brilliant host. Her apartment had everything you could want. She even left an easter egg for our son and when I asked her about buying a sledge she had one at our door in 20 mins!!! Best ever customer service. The apartment has a great view "of the mountains", is very close to the main gondola and a five min walk from the main pedestrian street.

This apartment is located at the top of a hill and has an amazing view of the Zermatt town and the Matterhorn. Besides the great location and view, the apartment is very well furnished and comfortable. It also provides a dedicated elevator to get to the foot of the hill faster without waking.

We had lovely days at the property. The view of the lake is fantastic. Everything exactly as described. The property is very clean and fully equipped. Communication was great. Only the lake access directly across the street is not really suitable for swimming. Lots of stones. We would come back.

She truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The apartment itself was spotless and so comfortable – even better than the photos! There were so many lovely personal touches that made it feel really special. The hamper of Italian snacks and wine was such a thoughtful and generous surprise – we felt instantly at home. The location is also super convenient, with everything you could possibly need just a short walk away. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
