My little slice of paradise Ground-floor apartment No pets

Peyriac-de-Mer: charming village, 15 mins from the beaches, 20 mins from Le Grand Buffet and 5 mins from the African wildlife reserve. In the centre of the village, the shops, restaurants, ice-cream parlour and café bring a lively atmosphere. There are pontoons where you can stroll on the water while admiring the fauna, flora and birds, such as the pink flamingos. The Doule, where you can swim, the harbour, the lake and the vineyards will delight you. The museum, the narrow streets and the fortified church offer a touch of culture.

A panoramic view captures rolling vineyards bathed in golden sunlight, stretching across the landscape. A hilltop castle is visible in the background, surrounded by lush greenery, enhancing the serene countryside setting.

Le Gîte Cathare

Cottage for two people at the gates of Les Corbières, located between the sea and Cathar castles. Private, air-conditioned accommodation, with no neighbours opposite, in the middle of the vineyards, for a stay as a couple in a peaceful and comfortable setting. Upstairs, there is a single open-plan room with a 200 x 200 cm bed, a walk-in shower and a whirlpool bath. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a lounge area, a separate toilet and a terrace for your outdoor meals. The place doesn't have wifi.

A stone walkway leads through an ornate metal gate into a peaceful garden. Sunlight filters through green foliage, illuminating a clay vase and a wooden chair positioned against a backdrop of lush plants and a stone wall.

House with lots of character

Cette maison de type" Bastide "peut accueillir idéalement une famille de 4 adultes+ 1 enf. Vous y trouverez tout le confort pour passer des vacances reposantes au bord de la piscine dans un jardin en partie ombragée grâce à 2 beaux oliviers. La maison se situe dans un endroit calme au pied des collines et des sentiers de randonnée . Ce village de pêcheurs est un vrai lieu d'exception pour les amoureux de la nature et des sports nautiques. A 8 min de Narbonne et 20 min des plages .

There are plenty of Kite spots, Wing Foil in Bages 5 minutes away, and windsurfing in La Nautique 10 minutes away. You can enjoy the atypical village of Peyriac-de-Mer where you can walk on the water in the middle of an ornithological reserve.
