In front of the apartment there is a possibility of parking for 2 cars. The apartment offers a bathtub and shower, barbecue on the terrace and coffee.

Beautiful 3 bedroom house (terraced house) new building in a quiet location. The house has its own parking in front of the house for three cars. The house has a beautiful private terrace of 12m2 and a private garden of 42m2. There is a modern garden seating area on the terrace. Very good access to the center of Bratislava 20 min. by car and fast connection to the highway within about 5 min. It's an hour to Vienna by car. The town of Senec, where there is an aquapark and sunny lakes, is 19 minutes by car. There are groceries, restaurants, cafes, shops, pharmacy nearby.

Stone shack in the vineyard

We offer you an overnight stay in a stone hut in our vineyard. With extensive views of the surroundings and the sky. Drinking water is ready - 4 letter bottled still water. There are two wooden benches, mattresses, bed linen, towels in the stone house. They can connect into one bed 145x200cm. There is an outdoor solar shower bag and 15 litres of drinking water, basic utensils for drinking and eating, a small coffee or tea maker. The oven is heated with wood. No electricity. There is a dry toilet with a view on the property.

There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. There are fridge, Nespresso coffee machine , kettler, plates, glases, cutlery

Tento jedinečný romantický únik z reality si zamilujete. Naša maringotka sa nachádza na kraji mesta vedľa nášho vinárstva, v pokojnom prírodnom prostredí. Uniknete tu ruchu mesta, a ak prídete za zábavov, kultúrou, či gastroturizmom, do centra sa dostanete pešo za 15 minút. V maringotke je zavedená voda aj elektrina, v exteriéry solárna sprcha a separačná latrína. Počas mrazov je však voda vypnutá, k dispozícii máte veľkú bandasku s kohútikom s pitnou vodou, radiátor a piecku na drevo.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.

We invite you to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city to our quiet apartment a stone's throw from nature. The newly furnished and newly built apartment is located in a wine-growing area. The city center is 10 minutes away. There is tram number 3 near the complex, which goes through the whole of Bratislava and also offers a panoramic view of the Bratislava Castle. In the surroundings you can visit vineyards, hiking tours, numerous cycling trails...

If you don't want to drive all the way up, park below and walk 300m.
