The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

The whole installation is consisting of 2 buildings in an area of 6000 sq.m. with olive trees, pomegranates, vignards , flowers etc. The apartment is with fully equiped kitchen, one bedroom with double bed and big living room with 2 sofa beds and an extra bed coming out below the sofa.
