Monthly Rentals in Phaya Yen

What a gorgeous stay for our group of 13! Everything we pile possibly need was there as well as such a beautiful, relaxing private retreat. We would definitely stay again!

The place was fantastic. Quietly located but quickly in the action by car. The pool was great and the residents and staff very friendly and helpful. SansaNeeya was also very friendly and responsive. The description for check-in was accurate. The place was clean, as everyone should take off their shoes. I especially liked that :-)

Victor is a very good owner. He can respond us in a minute, no any concern from customer with his responsibility. We have 5 people stay there for one night. The room has 2 bedrooms and one sofa bed, so 5 people are enough for staying there. Hopefully, we will com back to this service again.

The house is in a fantastic location and is incredibly generously designed – there is really plenty of space here to feel completely comfortable. Ideal for a larger group who wants to spend a relaxing and cozy weekend. We were particularly impressed by the warm welcome by the housekeeper, who welcomed us so warmly. A highlight was that she had already cleaned everything sparkling clean the next day, so we didn't have to worry about checking out. The host was also super quick to respond and support us. The apartment is tiptop equipped with fresh, nice linens, clean towels, a spacious bathroom, comfortable beds, a big table, a great music system and two really big TVs. All in all, it was a completely successful stay – I'd love to come back!
