There are coconut trees and birds in the yard. The whole yard is surrounded by beautiful frangipani. The breeze blows, the frangipani sways in the wind, and the water in the pool is crystal clear, as if you are in a paradise~ Here you can bring your family on vacation; drink and be merry, very cozy and enjoyable The entire villa is super spacious, beautiful and comfortable, covering an area of 600 square meters. The villa has 2 very spacious living rooms on the first and second floors respectively. The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms, each bedroom has a 2m wide large bed, very comfortable, and each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower room, 3 of which have bathtubs, and the other 2 bedrooms also have their own shower rooms, providing you with privacy and convenience! The villa also has a pool table, BBQ, and other entertainment facilities for you and your family or friends to have a very pleasant and cozy time. The villa also has a mahjong machine, you can play mahjong, so you will never be bored during your vacation at the villa, there is everything for entertainment The biggest advantage of the villa is its great location, just near the Central Walking Street of Pattaya, only about 2 km from the beaches of Pattaya Wind Moon Walking Street, allowing you to easily enjoy the beautiful beaches and bustling walking streets. Thailand - for those who need peace and quiet.

The house which is very well equipped is in a smaller area with 11 houses around a pool. There is a reception next to the area where you can pick up the keys. The rent does not include electricity consumption, it is measured on arrival and consumed electricity is paid on departure. The electricity costs f n 7.0 Baht/kw. Bed linen and towels are available to rent for 220 Baht/week. Please let us know when booking if you would like to order this and it will be on site at the house on arrival. The house is smoke and pet free.

Royal Rayong Beach condominium with large balcony

Royal Rayong Condos has one of the biggest and nicest condominiums in all of Mae Rumphueng. This spacious 2-room apartment with balcony all around is separated from the quiet beach by a road. Distance from the apartment to the beach is only 30 meters. At the the beach there are rows of trees that provide shade. There is always a little wind that makes it a good stay. It's located between Rayong and Ban Phe, about 180 km from Bangkok. Hat Mae Ramphung is one of the quietest seaside in Thailand.

Great place by the beach

The real Thailand can be found here in Mae Rumphung 16o kilometers south of Bangkok. Great food and a nice beach where you don't have to be disturbed by vendors. An amazing view from the 28th floor of the 160 sqm apartment where you see Ban Phe and Ko Samet. Choose views from any of the four balconies. WIFI in the apartment and a 24 hour reception that can help with most things. Cleaning and washing towels and linens. Pool, ping pong and gym are free. Tennis and Snooker for a low fee.
