Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Philadelphia

Very much enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean, had many amenities, and the location is a 15 minute walk from downtown Philly which is already very walkable. Place is also located right next to Chinatown which has ample great food and stores. Only recommendation would be to have a TV as the place did not have one, but did not affect my full opinion on the stay. Highly recommend and will consider for any future trips back.

Amazing all around. Building, the room, the view were all fantastic. Very spacious and comfortable. Full kitchen was nice to have. They are not joking about the city noise, and the independence hall bell does ding every hour during the day and into part of the night. It’s not too loud of outside noise that you can’t function but this is not the place for a light sleeper. Overall a really lovely stay and we would definitely stay here if we come back to the city.

Everything about this place was perfect! Tatenda was very friendly and communicative, and the process of checking in/out was seamless. The apartment was in an amazing location, with everything in walking distance and so many amazing restaurants/activities nearby. We would gladly stay in this location again, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, home away from home in central Philly.

Rosa’s place was the perfect weekend getaway! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived, and everything we needed was available. Rosa was a great host communicative, thoughtful, and easy to reach. I highly recommend this stay and would definitely book again!

The communication was excellent! I appreciated it as I had a few questions. The place was clean and spacious. The building was quiet and the few neighbors I saw were friendly. It’s a great apartment that felt like home. I highly recommemded this place!!!

This was my 2nd time staying at Rick and Debra’s place and it was a stellar experience. Great location, comfortable room with everything you could need, and it’s near being off the grid with all the amenities of being on the grid. Rick is always fast to respond to questions. Great experience.

It is a nicely renovated home and had everything that was listed. Limited street parking was available but it is best to find a spot on the block just before you turn onto the street. The neighborhood was quiet all night and we had enough toiletries for the home. The shower was very cool and had a rainfall setting. We appreciate being hosted for the weekend. Thank you!

Molly was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Her friendly personality and warm nature made me feel right at home. Everything was exactly as it was described in the profile. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area.

Cristina was a fantastic host with her husband. Always responsive and very willing to provide accommodations. They are very friendly while also providing ample space for privacy. The bedroom and bathroom were perfectly clean, and the porch area is beautiful. It's a great spot for an evening dinner or card games. I would absolutely stay here again.

Josephine accepted and accommodated my super last minute late night booking request in addition to my request to extend the stay longer. She went above and to make sure I had everything during the stay and extension. She had extremely prompt communications and her place is absolutely beautiful. Everything was exceptionally clean and the lovely accommodations made for a very comfortable stay. Josephine is definitely a super host that puts a lot of care into providing a wonderful place and ensuring you have the best possible stay. A perfect stay! Very friendly hosts. Showed me to my room and very clear instructions. Gave me privacy and saw me out in the morning. A very good cup of morning coffee and great conversation was a real bonus. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. I had a great nights sleep. Brendan, Kaitlyn, and their 2 girls were such a nice family and refreshing to be around. Would highly recommend.
