Drew and Vicki’s place was so comfortable, had everything our family needed and it was squeaky clean. Drew was helpful and responsive, and we felt right at home the moment we walked in. This was the second time that we stayed at Ira’s apartment. And we very much enjoyed our stay again. The apartment was spacious, sunny, and lovely. And it was walking distance to numerous great cafes and restaurants. Ira was very responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and stay

Perfect place to stay in for the weekend. Beautiful view, terrace is one love. The house is even better than at the pictures. Definitely would love to come back again. Thank you for flexible check in and check out.

This place was absolutely beautiful and was exactly what we were looking for. Clean studio right on the lake, nothing better than waking up and looking out onto the frozen lake from bed.

This is a delightful place! The location is peaceful, the decor gorgeous and the hosts easy to work with. I enjoyed my stay so much, feeling instantly right at home. And the fresh eggs that are right there in the frig (wow), well, I was happier to have them than I had anticipated! It's just minutes away from New Paltz.

Such a lovely spot! Beautiful, reclaimed farmhouse. Only thing of note is that noise does travel very easily through the home, both from below and throughout the apartment. Other than that, the listing is perfect!

Alan's home was lovely. Everything we needed, very comfortable with beautifully wooded surroundings where we saw a bunch of birds including a couple piliated woodpeckers that were magnificent. Easy walk (if we wanted) to town. He was extremely responsive to any questions we had. Great cozy place to spend the weekend with friends.

Our family had an incredible time at Christie’s “mountain house” (as our kids called it). The short walk to the river was priceless and we enjoyed the fire pit every night. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

This was our second time staying at Stavros’ place with our kids (4 & 6 y.o.). As expected, another 5-star stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful, secluded place unwind and enjoy family activities, look no further, this place has it all. While the game room is always a huge hit with the kids (and parents), it’s the surrounding nature that makes this property unmatched. Absolutely stunning grounds, surrounded by forest, 2 ponds and a creek, our family was entertained for hours everyday. The kids caught (and released) fish, tadpoles, salamanders and frogs in the ponds. Splashed and hiked along the creek. And of course, an endless supply of firewood was a plus! Stavros is an exceptionally friendly and accommodating host. Best of any Airbnb host we’ve experienced.

Our family absolutely loved our stay at the Broadview Retreat. The photos do not do the place justice: it’s incredibly beautiful and comfortable. We loved using the kitchen and hanging out in the “great room.” Marybeth’s extra touches and fully stocked kitchen made the stay extra pleasant. Additionally Marybeth provided the most detailed recommendations and instructions I’ve ever received for a booking. We had a lot of fun hiking and exploring Woodstock, but coming home to Broadview was the best part of our trip.

The Lilac House is the ultimate dream AirBnB! Kathy is the most communicative, proactive, and thoughtful host I've ever encountered. My group felt like we were being personally attended to and had a true bed and breakfast experience, despite Kathy not being physically present. The house is lovely and has everything you could possibly imagine you'd need. We had such a relaxing fantastic weekend, birdwatching from the hot tub. The area is great, with Kingston just a 15 minute drive away, and such a cool town! Rhinebeck is a bit further out but also great. Great food and hikes to be had all over.

It’s a really quirky place, perfectly situated for town and for trails. The kitchen is really well equipped, it feels like staying in someone else’s house, but they aren’t there! We really loved having the lights left on for us when we arrived. That made for a warm welcome.

It was the perfect getaway for my wife and I to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The place was very neat and cozy. As a couple that loves to cook, the kitchen was amazing and made our weekend. They also had plenty of great games for us to be able to reconnect with one another. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive. We would come visit again!

I loved this house! I can't say enough good things about it and the host. The house is so well designed, decorated and appointed. This truly is a home someone cares about and designed with sophisticated taste and high standards. Top quality cabinetry, fixtures, linens, lighting, appliances. The beds were comfy with nice quality bedding, Bathrooms were so beautifully renovated. The kitchen was a joy to be in, especially with the heated floor that kept things cozy on a winter weekend. The hot tub was fun and a nice way to end the day. The house is walkable to a cute part of town full of interesting shops. And the town is equidistant from Woodstock and Rhinebeck which were also fun to stroll through for a girls weekend.
