Cascinetta just steps from downtown, with free parking outside the property. Ground floor: garden, porch, equipped kitchen with very large living room/living room/living room/work area,half bathroom. L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Casa Alice is cozy and comfortable, above a ventilated and panoramic hill, close to Lake Garda but far from the noise of the nightlife, at the right distance from tourist places and easy to reach. The beaches of Lake Garda are within easy reach, the location is in the middle of the enchanting places on the Brescia and Verona shores. In the landscape, villages, castles and fortresses alternate on the morainic hills, between Lugana vineyards and olive groves producing fine oils.

Lauro's house in the Ferretti Farm

The old Ferretti farm has become a cosy country house consisting of two independent apartments. The largest of the two is the Lauro Residence, a large two-storey space with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate entrance. It is ideal for families or groups who choose this space to stay just below the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by the wild animals of our large equipped garden.

Independent rustic in stone

Independent farmhouse recently renovated in stone with exposed wooden roof. Spacious and comfortable parking in front of the house. Entrance with living room equipped with TV, wood-burning fireplace and a sofa bed for 1 and a half people; kitchen with electric oven and dishwasher; on the first floor there is a large double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with single bed. Outside there is a garden with table to eat outdoors.

Our house is a cozy nest 15 minutes walking from Bardolino city center and it is surrounded by vines and olive trees. Here 4 people find a perfect base to explore lake and cities on our areas as Verona Venice Padova and Bolzano we are at 8 km from Affi shopping center and highway, and 20km from Peschiera del Garda train station. House overlook directly on the outside patio and garden.
