Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Piane Vecchie

A great apartment that’s close to most of the things you want to see in Palermo. Unfortunately, I wasn’t there long enough to see them all this time, but we hope to return. My family of four really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the elevator after all the walking!

It's central, in a historic building. Despite being on a very central street with lots of commercial activities open until late, perfect soundproofing. Clean house, equipped with all comforts. Giuseppe was very kind, he accompanied us to check in at home, but it was very late. She allowed a late check-out that gave us the opportunity to make the most of our last day there. Highly recommended.

Beautiful spacious apartment in a secure quality residence. A parking space is available, which is really a plus to park your vehicle when we discover the surroundings of Palermo. We were really at home. Maria Louisa is responsive and efficient. We had a wifi connection problem and the next morning, a technician from the operator intervened to change the box. She gave us addresses and recommended several places to visit. Thanks to her.

Ivana is an on outstanding host. She is very responsive and gave us a list of places to see, things to do, restaurants, etc. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, spacious, and in a great location in the heart of Palermo. Highly recommended!

The house has all the comforts, nothing is missing. The beautiful terrace lends itself to pleasant evenings in company thanks to the bistro downstairs that provided us with excellent pizzas and Sicilian delicacies. The area is quiet and also served by public transport, making parking easy. We felt right at home.

We stayed at Pina‘s and Damiano‘s place for 8 days with our little daughter (8 months). They set up a baby bed, gave us baby towels a baby chair and even provided toys and umbrellas for the beach. It made our first trip with our baby to the beach so much nicer! It was also very convenient that we were able to use the wash machine. The location was perfect! Right in the center of Cefalù but still very quiet at night. The staircase up to the apartment are pretty steep and narrow but we didn’t mind the extra workout. Although the living room and bedroom are in one room, we managed to put our daughter to sleep and still have dinner on the small balcony. Thank you for your hospitality, all the tips and the little home that you provided for us!!!

This was my first visit to Palermo so I wanted to be in the historic district. This place is a fantastic location & feels like home away from home. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching a sea of people pass by. Tour groups galore! Livia was very informative & went out of her way to help. What I found out was that the businesses downstairs are open until late, there’s no concept of keeping voices down after midnight. At 2 a.m. with vigor, the restaurant staff pull down their shutters, & apart from ambulances & local police sirens, & a few drifters, it’s relatively quiet. 😂 Then at 7 a.m the construction crews kick off & of course Livia provides ear plugs.. Bring your own! Everything is at your doorstep! & it is a beautiful space! Livia was very flexible about our check in time & luggage storage. Grazie mille Livia!

We stayed here for two weeks and loved it! The apartment is very spacious and elegant. The location is excellent—within walking distance to everything the old city has to offer, including many historical tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, etc. The owner and hosts are responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

Very nice house with everything you need. Great for families with kids of all ages. The absolute highlight is the large and beautifully designed garden with cozy terrace. Unfortunately, there is not really anything to do in the direct surroundings of the house, but with a car you are quickly in different great places! Without a car, however, it is very difficult to get to the house! This should definitely be taken into account. Best of all: Viviana and Federico! Very very nice and helpful, always quickly accessible and yet discreet. They also provided us with great tips for excursions, restaurants, etc. Thank you!! 🙏☺️

We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

We absolutely loved our time in Cefalu. Antonio’s place was perfect! It was so cozy with an amazing view of the sea. But the best part was the central downtown location and walk ability to the heart of Cefalu. Thank you!

The apartment is well located, parking at the door, many shops. Margherita is a warm, smiling, friendly person, she brought us a sweet little gift that was very nice 🧡 Comfortable beds, lots of space, clean bathroom, very good quality washer and dryer, and plus laundry supplies! We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We had a lovely time. Thank you and we will recommend :)

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

Sabrina and her husband (Simone) were great hosts! Very friendly and communication from check-in to check-out was excellent. The apartment was just as in the pictures and had everything needed for my stay. Great location and short walk to the beach! Snack, wine and water given complimentary at check-in! They provided luggage storage at check-out so I could spend the day at the beach before leaving for the airport. Thanks! Ciao!

Very modern and spacious apartment. Bathrooms were fresh, bedrooms hade tons of space, comfortable beds and nice living room with a large TV. Lots of local restaurants nearby, very close to Lumsa University where we had our course, and only 10 minute walk from the Massimo Theater and the sightseeing and tourist streets. The host was extremely kind, quick to respond and even let us check out late on our departure date. Can wholeheartedly recommend!

Massimo is a fantastic host, very friendly, very responsive, very considerate. He offered great advice as well as background information around Palermo and Sicily, and even offered pickup and drop-off at the airport. I stayed for four weeks and wasn't homesick for even a second. The flat is very well located with a local supermarket almost next door, several good bakeries, cafés and restaurants in short walking distance, and a 20 minute walk to the old city centre. I hope to be back soon.

This is an amazing property in a very nicely restored old building - the inside is very uniquely decorated with custom lights, wall art, furniture and even floor art with a hand painted entryway. There is a courtyard that is only for the use of the apartment, a full washer and separate dryer - both of which worked really well, and the kitchen is wonderful - with lots of seating for eating and talking. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, so very private from each other - which is ideal for two couples or a family with teenagers that need some space from their parents! We were very happy that we chose this apartment and would not hesitate to stay again.

The accommodation is very spacious! The balcony view is amazing especially at sunset time! The host is very good advice for visits and shops. Great place!

Maria is a wonderful host, and she made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived at her place. Her local recommendation is fun and interesting. Her place is very clean, new and centrally located. You can walk anywhere in the city. I would love to stay at her place again and I highly recommend anyone to stay at her place!

Our stay was beyond our expectations. The apt was clean, well appointed and the hosts were both very helpful and easy to communicate. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with glassware and dishes. The view from the rooftop terrace was magical! Beautiful view of both mountain and sea. The hosts were very helpful in securing a taxi for our trip to airport. Rob and Francesco were wonderful hosts!

A beautiful apartment in a fabulous city! The location is excellent, with many restaurants and interesting sites easily walkable. The apartment combines historical charm and modern amenities. Communication with host was friendly and always helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Very great apartment and superbly furnished. By comparison, it is not as noisy as in other places in Palermo. However, there is a lot of noise on the street from just before 8am. But very quiet at night! It is between 20 and 30 minutes walk to the center. Very close is a train station with direct connection to the airport and the main train station. Thanks!

This place was a work of art! highly recommend for anyone looking for an escape, remote work or explore Sicily! The neighborhood was friendly with everything very close by and Loredana was a gracious and responsive host! Grazie mille!
