Laglio offers a number of places to eat & drink, local shops, a children's play park, a small beach and plenty of parking close by.

A Jewel of Lake View

The house is located in the beautiful and quiet town of Tosnacco (upper part of Moltrasio), which is one of the nicest little towns along lake Como and quite close to the center of Como. From the public free parkings it is a ca. 200m walk up to my house - might be unconvenient with huge luggage. To compensate for the climb, there is a spectacular lakeview from the balcony. Down to the church and center of Moltrasio with restaurants and little supermarket it is a ca. 10 minutes walk.

The wall on the lake

In the historical context of the 1700s, a ground floor home with lake view. Renovated and furnished with Italian design accessories. The kitchen carved into the Moltrasio rock keeps the environment cool in the summer months. Bedroom with walk-in closet and master bathroom. Living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Both are equipped with TV, wifi, and floor heating. There is a public stone terrace in front of the house. The tourist tax (€2.50 per person) is excluded from the price.

The house is located in the first basin of Lake Como, great place to be near Como, Milan, Lugano and all the villages that are located on the lake such as Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio... In 10 minutes by walking you can start hiking in the mountain.

Little Gem è una graziosa baita situata nella piccola località di Piazzaga è raggiungibile a piedi, posteggiando l’ auto nel paese di Torno, attraverso un panoramico sentiero di circa 30/40 minuti. Il trasporto dei bagagli in jeep è incluso nel prezzo e viene offerto fino a un massimo di 2/3 persone. Cosy loft with a lovely view

This loft is located on a quiet road, just ten minutes walk from the beautiful Torno's Harbour where you will find bars and restaurants. The town of Como is only 7km away and it is easily reachable by bus or by boat. At the moment Torno's Harbour is closed for maintenance. According to the authorities, it should be reopened the first week of May.
