The San Carlo Puntocom Paradiso

The villa is characterized by a large size (about 130 sqm) with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and large living room with sea view. Every environment has been taken care of in every detail and according to Sicilian traditions with designer furnishings. Tancredi's home is located on the sand, 150 m from the sea, in front of the house only pine trees and dunes. It is very isolated.The property is 2300 square meters and extends to the sea. Access to the beach is direct and private. The bedsea is low for many meters and very hot. It is a place full of perfumes, of magic, of suggestion. 27 km from the Baroque of Noto, 13 km from the seaside village of Marzamemi, 14 km from Portopalo di Capo Passero.

The dwelling, located in the Calabernado hamlet, can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 3 pax (including one child/teenager). The accommodation is located on the second floor and is modernly furnished with small antiques. The kitchen is well equipped to ensure you a comfortable stay. The large terrace allows you to see the coastline around the village. Chaises longues, rattan sofas, other sofas and whatnot ensure guests a great stay!
