Monthly Rentals in Pierpont Bay

Our stay at Jon’s home was wonderful! I was traveling with three teenagers and my mother, as well as our small dog. The location was fantastic, as well as the amenities in Jon’s home. The house was clean and tidy, and had everything (and more) for our stay. Everyone loved the hot tub and e-bikes, as well as the quick walk to the beach. Jon was also very responsive and helpful when I reached out with questions. We are so lucky to have found this gem of a rental, especially during spring break season!

I stayed at John’s place for 6 weeks, one of the best airbnb I stayed in and definitely the best host I’ve ever dealt with. The place is exactly as described if not better, very comfortable, fully equipped and beautifully decorated. I felt home immediately upon entering the house. What a beautiful energy! John’s communication is unequalled, very professional and friendly, he answers any question in a timely manner. Definitely a super cool host! My experience was so great that I already booked my stay for next summer. Can’t wait to stay at Casa Zolandre again. Thank you John!

This was a true vacation. Some places are pretty - this one was gorgeous and super comfortable. The space was so accommodating to us as a family - the rooms to sit, the outdoor table, the upstairs deck, the pool table. I will savor always these memories. The pool table converts to a large table and we had our meals there. The upstairs deck with the fire pit was heavenly - we could hear the ocean. The kitchen has what you need - we were able to have 10 for dinner (local family plus those at the B&B). The beds were super comfortable and so quiet at night - again, with the windows open you can hear the waves. I would LOVE to return to this property. Very responsive management and let us check in early which was so helpful! Thank you for truly a rejuvenating stay!

My granddaughter and I had the pleasure of staying in this adorable cottage! The bed was amazing, lots of thoughtful extras, wonderful outdoor area which we really enjoyed. The home was spotless and the decor was clean and very cute. I love the clean feeling of the entire house. The location is amazing. We went on several walks in the neighborhood and the grocery store is walkable, as well as restaurants! I'm very happy with my choice!
