It includes: on the ground floor an equipped kitchen, on the 1st floor: a bedroom (160 bed), office area, bathroom. On the 2nd floor: bedroom (90 bed). Perfect for small families or business travelers.

7 independent equipped accommodations (Fridge, microwave, air conditioning, SmartTV, free Wi-Fi). On the ground floor of the building there is a washing machine + dryer. Outside you will find a convivial area (Barbecue/Petanque/Sink). Access to the private video-monitored parking is via an electric gate with a digicode. Rates valid for one accommodation. Cleaning at the end of the stay is your responsibility. For long stays, consumables (household products, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided.

Nice little independent house with a terrace. Ideally located between Ardèche, Vaucluse, Gard and Drome in Pierrelatte near the TRICASTIN site (about 5 minutes). Up to 4 guests with a 160 cm double bed in one bedroom and a 140 cm sofa bed in the living room. Warning: the staircase is narrow. Bed linen and towels are included. Cleaning is not included and will need to be done. No changing an electric car.

18 m2 studio adjoining our house with independent entrance and parking available nearby. Sheets and towels are provided. Wi-Fi access. No pets allowed. Smoking inside is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. The "Les Pierres Hautes" gîte is an independent accommodation adjoining our house: an old rehabilitated stone barn. The green environment is quiet: the property has a lavender field as well as more than 50 olive trees. An external staircase provides access to the cottage. For your comfort: Beds are made on arrival, we provide towels, as well as practical products such as salt, pepper, oil...
