In the heart of the city and close to all shops, the studio is bright, independent in perfect condition and air-conditioned. Integrated kitchen, fridge/freezer, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, washing machine, TV, towel dryer, double glazing, intercom, Wi-Fi, bathroom, etc. Visit the region with, for example, the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Caverne du Pont d'Arc, the Via Rhôna by bike (space for two bikes possible), dynamic Tourist Office just a stone's throw away. Located in a quiet area, close to all amenities. It consists of a 140 x 190 bed, a kitchenette with microwave grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, vanity, toilet and towel dryer. reversible air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV Guests can enjoy a terrace as well as a secure parking space. Bed linen, toilet, table are also provided. The studio is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. No pets allowed. no smoking.
