Our apartment is a stone's throw from Piazza Duomo but in a few minutes you can reach the sea. It is on the ground floor of a historic building in a street full of art galleries and atmospheric clubs. It has a beautiful courtyard for exclusive use, carved out between the houses, where you can eat and enjoy the tranquility and fresh air. This is a very nice property (100 m2) on the country with PRIVATE POOL(from 15 /04) AND GARDEN. At the property lives only the family (3 people).The position enables to visit all the wonderful Tuscany as you can reach Florence (35 min) Siena (1 hour) Pisa, Lucca and you can also reach the sandy beaches of Tuscany in 50 minuts.
