We are in the park of the Apuan Alps, 18 km from the coast. To get here you will need to walk for 1km, and go up a dirt road for 1,5km by car. The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.

The apartment overlooks a large internal garden and not the street.

Beautiful appartment in private private garden with breathtaking view of the sea! 400 meters above sea level on the beautiful Apuan Alps. All conforts. Outdoor eating space, barbecue, outdoor shower, lawn chairs, personal Chef available if desired, satelite TV, Wifi. High season (June 15th through september 15th) preferably weekly rentals.
