The apartment, 200 meters from the sea, recently renovated, occupies the entire first floor of a villa a stone's throw from the historic center of the town but far from the noisy streets, in a hilly area, from which you can enjoy, both from the private terrace and from the shared terrace, a splendid view of the entire town and the sea in complete tranquility.
