Quartiere tranquillo, residenziale a poca distanza a piedi da uno dei parchi più belli della città e dalle mura della città antica. Ben collegato ai principali siti di interesse artistico e storico con numerosi mezzi di trasporto pubblico di superficie. La sistemazione consente di trovarsi vicini al centro storico ma lontani da folla e rumori. Il quartiere, oltre a contare cinque importanti musei, offre molte occasioni per apprezzare la cucina locale.

The room has just been renovated we are located near the metro line A stop (Furio Camillo) the historic center can be easily reached in about 10 minutes by metro (Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Colosseum) Appio-Latino is a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood, close to the historic center. There are several bars, restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream that I will recommend. I can speak english, french.

it is possible to stay in three with comfort because there is a little tiny room in front of the main bedroom with one single bed, suitable for a child/kid. the little room doesn't have the window but it's got a little door, it is just beside the bedroom so it is perfect for a little family. please watch the photos before to book. very warm in the winter and fresh in the summer. Quiet and very well connected by bus and metro front door, a few minutes walk from the Basilica of St. John , the trendy district of Pigneto, and about 20 minutes walk from the Colosseum.
