The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

The bright, modern furnished apartment is located on the upper floor of a newly built press house. The 70 m² apartment is suitable for both single travelers and families (max. 5 people).
