This apartment with its own entrance, large garden and terrace is a natural recreational oasis with a natural design, warming light, which results from the clay plaster and large windows. A pellet stove supplies the wall and underfloor heating and at the same time gives even more coziness through its warming flame.

The building dates back to 1551 and is considered one of the oldest buildings in Pilsum. Directly in Pilsum there is a restaurant and café, approx. 2 minutes' walk. A small village shop is also located about 2 minutes' walk. Here you can buy rolls and other items. The harbor town of Greetsiel is just under 5 minutes away.
