Located between Capitolio and Serra da Canastra, 10 km from the city of Piumhi. The house has 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom, two kitchens, a pantry, a wood-burning stove, a gas stove, balconies, a children's pool and a shower. Large outdoor area. It has a lake near the house and the Piumhi River at the bottom of the property.

For the convenience of guests, we have a caretaker who resides on the property in a separate house.

Located 7km from Piumhi, the main house of the JC-Araras farm has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and kitchenette, balcony, with a wood stove and barbecue. The Ribeirão Araras crosses a good part of the farm, thus creating several favorable points to cool down. The water used in the main house comes from a spring brought by a hose and a stream of water that passes behind the house. Simple and bucolic place. Ideal to be inspired by an experience tourism.
