Light bright oasis basement studio apartment with with large double glass-door that opens out to deck looking down onto a lovely tree-filled view and your own seating. Enjoy the chirping birds, frolicking squirrels chasing each other up and down the large old trees among the quaint little houses in this cute little neighborhood. Kitchenette and lovely private bathroom, private entrance, it’s a pleasant oasis just 2 blocks from a fast road to the beltway and DC and fast bus-line to the metro.

Spacious and modern 1,500 sq foot walk-out studio basement suite with large windows, 9 ft ceilings, and great natural light in a newer home in a central location. We are a family of 4 with 2 young children living upstairs. There are no shared spaces inside the house. It is a fully private basement with a separate entrance from the back of the house. Shared spaces include the back yard, patio, and firepit.
