This is a completely independent accommodation attached to a single-family villa. It consists of a living room-kitchen. It used to be rented by the room, hence in the previous reviews it appears as a shared space.

Very nice apartment, clean and with a view of the golf course. Relax and disconnect. NO PETS of any size; we're sorry but the owner is very allergic. The residential development has a pool. A 20-minute walk to La Antilla beach or a 3-minute drive. It has a covered parking space with elevator access to the apartment floor. Newly furnished house with mosquito nets, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. Shower in the bathroom.
