Charming village house, completely renovated. We wanted to preserve the soul and authentic charm of this house by combining it with all modern comforts. A 2-step walk from the center and a 10-minute walk to the lake, our DienVilla will offer you all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay and to discover all the riches of our region. A little nod and pun about the name we chose for our house. In 864 the village of Dienville was called Dienvilla!!

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

To complete this idyllic setting, you will find outdoor games (petanque, badminton), hammock, kayak and barbecue on site. Our 50 m2 Prestige accommodation consists of a seating area (with a 140/190 sofa bed) and a sleeping area with a queen size bed (160/200) overlooking the private Jacuzzi with a view of nature. Guests can enjoy the view of our horses in the meadow, as well as walks in the forest accessible 200 m from the house. Ideally located, 20 minutes from historic Troyes city center and outlet stores, 5 minutes from Lusigny-sur-Barse for all daily needs, and 35 minutes from the famous Nigloland amusement park.
