Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Charming village house, completely renovated. We wanted to preserve the soul and authentic charm of this house by combining it with all modern comforts. A 2-step walk from the center and a 10-minute walk to the lake, our DienVilla will offer you all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay and to discover all the riches of our region. A little nod and pun about the name we chose for our house. In 864 the village of Dienville was called Dienvilla!!

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

Our 50 m2 Prestige accommodation consists of a seating area (with a 140/190 sofa bed) and a sleeping area with a queen size bed (160/200) overlooking the private Jacuzzi with a view of nature. Freshly renovated, the mill has 2 bedrooms upstairs, a very well-equipped kitchen, a large living room (about 35 m²) with the possibility of 2 additional beds. Secure and fully enclosed terrace with garden furniture, sunbathing and barbecue. 5 minutes to Nigloland Park, 10 minutes to Lac d 'Amance and 45 minutes to Troyes and factory shops.
