BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Your 80 square meter apartment has a bright living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower and tub bathroom. The apartment is centrally located on the promenade and you can enjoy a fantastic view of the city harbor and the castle from the balcony, which you can reach in a few minutes on foot. The nearby city center attracts with theaters, museums and many gastronomic facilities. Your car can be parked in the underground garage upon request. Our small, old construction trailer offers simple and cozy accommodation for anyone looking for an overnight stay on a bike tour between Ratzeburg, Schaalsee and Schwerin or wanting to escape the luxurious and fast-paced life of the city for a while. When was the last time you watched the swallow children during their flying lessons or listened to the humming of the bumble bees in the grass? You can enjoy the picturesque sunset spectacle with us in the front row. Live simply - makes you happy!

Central apartment with character

The 2-room apartment is located in the heart of Schwerin, only 3 minutes from the train station and a short walk to the city center and the castle. Modern design meets traditional timber framing. The bedroom contains a comfortable box-spring bed for 2 people, with the possibility of setting up a crib for young families. The kitchen-living room offers you plenty of space and has access to a private terrace. Everything you need: The apartment is fully equipped, including Wi-Fi.

Quiet city apartment

The apartment is located in a 300-year-old half-timbered house on the 1st floor. It is very spacious (65 sqm) and absolutely quiet despite being close to the center. The renovation was done from an ecological point of view. Due to the old clay walls painted with glue paint, there is a natural indoor climate, but they need special ventilation rules that the tenant must abide by. There is no TV, Wi-Fi is available. When the weather is nice, a sitting area in the garden can be used.

Es ist für 2 Pers. geeignet und kann bei Bedarf mit unseren Apartments für 2-6 Personen kombiniert werden. Ausgestattet mit WLAN und Netflix, einer Einbauküche sowie einer hellen gemütlichen Einrichtung. Es befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Stadthafen, dem Schweriner Schloss, zum Theater und Museum. Das Zentrum sowie eine Badestelle sind in nur 10 min Fußweg zu erreichen.

This cozy and also super centrally located apartment is located in the city center of the beautiful state capital Schwerin and is therefore the ideal starting point for excursions or excursions of any kind. A lovely thatched roof cottage. The former driver's house is located on the grounds of the estate Niendorf. From their own terrace, our guests enjoy the magnificent view into the estate park. The well-known cities such as Schwerin and Wismar and the Baltic Sea can be reached in no time. A free parking space for 2 cars is right by the house. There are 5 sleeping options in the depot. For more people, guest rooms with a bathroom/pantry can be booked.

Lakeside house

Our holiday home is located directly on the Ziegelsee. An absolute place of longing in nature! It has been completed in 2021. Very nice natural stone floor below, top wooden floor , floor heating functional kitchen, Miele dishwasher. We have a washing machine with dryer. The terrace is generously covered. Of course, there is sun and insect protection. The plot is has over 3000 sqm. We have our own lake access with jetty. The lake invites you to swim.
