Beautiful apartment with spectacular sea views five minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches in Salou, Cala Crancs, with capacity for 4 people, it consists of a large double bed, a sofa bed and an independent cabin consisting of one bed. Kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2022 and 2018 respectively. It has a large 14 m2 terrace with unique views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Salou lighthouse. Apartamento en 1ª línea de mar muy luminoso con piscina, parking y jardín comunitarios. Gran terraza con vistas al mar. Totalmente renovado y equipado. Aire acondicionado en el salón y en el pasillo de las habitaciones. Situado en el mismo paseo marítimo. Servicios básicos en las inmediaciones. Se puede llegar al puerto de Cambrils por el paseo marítimo peatonal (3 km). NO dispone de ascensor. En verano no solemos aceptar estancias inferiores a 4 noches (consultar antes de solicitar reserva).

Spectacular views on the sea front, terraces, pool

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

A spacious living area is presented with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, and a flat-screen television. Large glass doors open to a private terrace, revealing outdoor dining and a natural view. Wall art and plants add decorative touches to the space.
