Ideal base for discovering the treasures of our city and the famous Tuscan art cities. You can enjoy our sea and cuisine based on fresh fish. Coffee, tea, herbal teas, milk and cookies are offered. The quiet and picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride from the Center.

Apartment by the sea

Apartment with direct and private access to the sea, equipped with a large terrace for exclusive use and parking. It consists of: 1 bedroom with a 160x190 cm double bed; 1 bedroom with a 120x190 bed + 1 single bunk bed; 1 living room with sofa bed + full kitchen; 1 bathroom with shower . As you can see from the photos, the apartment and terrace have an unobstructed sea view. The apartment is inside a historic residence from 1929 "Villa L’Hermite".

San Vincenzo beach, Gelsomino apartment

Newly renovated apartment located in the heart of San Vincenzo just 50 meters from the sea, ideal for those who want to have the sea at their fingertips. Equipped with a private parking space and a large fenced garden with gazebo where you can have lunch in total tranquility and where you can leave your pets free. Thanks to its excellent exposure, the house remains naturally cool and ventilated, ensuring a pleasant stay even on the hottest days.

Sea view penthouse with 130 sqm terrace

Beautiful penthouse in the center of San Vincenzo, a short walk to the port and the main street of the city. It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and make wonderful aperitifs at sunset. The house has: a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with travertine masonry shower and a living room with kitchenette and 2 sofa beds for an additional 3 guests. The grill outside the house is no longer present on the terrace.

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.

There are some beaches nearby, and the train station is a 10-minute walk. The beautiful beaches of the Coast are within easy driving distance.

Vista Meraviglia

THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIOMBINO HAS INTRODUCED THE ACCOMMODATION TAX OF €1.50 PER PERSON FOR EACH NIGHT SPENT IN THE CITY. THE TAX IS REQUIRED FROM JUNE 1 TO SEPTEMBER 30. The tax must be paid in cash upon arrival in the apartment for the total of the nights booked.
